BREEAM In-Use
As an independent safety advisor, Cocoon risk management can prepare safety advice for construction or renovation projects for your organization within the framework of the BREEAM in-use security assessment guidelines. We have a lot of experience and specialist knowledge in the field of Security by Design and CPTED, which means that we can often achieve a higher level of security at lower initial costs.
BREEAM In-Use has been the certification method for making existing non-residential buildings and homes more sustainable since 2009. As an independent BREEAM safety advisor, we are the forerunner of smart solutions with regard to BREEAM. We use the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) method. This allows us to influence desirable and undesirable behavior without negatively affecting the sense of safety, the budget of the project or other general concerns in the field of safety and accessibility.
